Why Hire an Event Planner? (No, Seriously - Hear Me Out)

You’re probably thinking to yourself, “Why would I need an event planner? I can do all of this myself.” Maybe you’re saying, “Well, I know how to book a DJ,” or “Creating a timeline can’t be that hard, right?”

Let me paint a little picture for you…

It’s a Wednesday afternoon. You’re knee-deep in your full-time job, juggling three back-to-back client meetings. Tonight, you’ve got dinner with the in-laws, and this weekend is looking like a social marathon with about seven different outings. Your inbox is bursting, you’ve got a load of washing waiting for you at home, and - oh wait - did you remember to buy that anniversary gift for the in-laws? (You forgot last year, remember?)
